Between the Earth and Sky

Fall equinox women's retreat

Sedona, Az

September 24-27 2026
3 nights, 4 days

Join us for a deeply nourishing retreat in the stunning red rock landscape of Sedona, where the vast desert and open sky create the perfect space for reflection, renewal, and transformation. This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your inner compass — the quiet wisdom that already knows the way forward.

The Fall Equinox marks a sacred turning point in the year. As light and dark come into balance, we are offered a natural moment to pause, take stock of where we are, and realign with what truly matters. Together we will gather in this powerful landscape to reflect on the season behind us and open to what is emerging next.

Sedona has long been considered a place of powerful natural energy. The ancient red rocks, wide desert horizons, and endless night sky seem to invite presence, perspective, and clarity. Throughout the retreat you are welcome to follow your own rhythm — participating in what resonates and giving yourself permission to rest, explore, and listen inwardly.

Our time together will weave practices of yoga, ceremony, nature immersion, and meaningful conversation, creating a container where insight and connection can naturally unfold.

You will be cared for, supported, and welcomed exactly as you are. Imagine a few spacious days surrounded by beauty — time to breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and share the experience with a group of thoughtful and open-hearted people.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply give ourselves the space to listen. This retreat offers that space.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Transformational Workshops: Our experienced facilitators will guide you through a series of workshops designed specifically for womxn, helping you reflect on the season behind you, clarify your intentions, and reconnect with the direction your life is asking you to move toward.

Yoga and Meditation: Begin your mornings with grounding yoga surrounded by Sedona’s stunning red rocks, and close the day with gentle meditation and breath practices that help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and settle into the rhythm of the desert.

Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony: Gather for a warm cacao ceremony — a ceremonial-grade elixir used for centuries to open the heart and deepen connection, creating a beautiful space for reflection, intention, and shared presence.

Earth & Grounding: Connect with the powerful desert landscape through mindful nature walks, red rock exploration, and quiet time in the vast open spaces that make Sedona such a deeply grounding place.

Fire & Temazcal: Gather around the fire for ceremony and reflection. Fire has long been used as a symbol of transformation — a place to release what no longer serves and call forward what is ready to emerge in the next season of life.

Stars & Stillness: Experience Sedona’s expansive night skies through guided stargazing and quiet reflection beneath the desert stars — a moment to reconnect with perspective, wonder, and the vastness of possibility.

Equinox reflection: As we gather near the Fall Equinox — a moment when day and night return to balance — we will reflect on the cycles of nature and how they mirror our own lives.

Nourishing Food: Enjoy delicious, nourishing meals made with fresh, seasonal ingredients that support your body and provide the energy needed for a weekend of movement, reflection, and connection.

WHERE DO I FLY INTO?

Fly into Cancun Airport.  Transportation to Tulum will be arranged.  It is a 2-hour drive to Tulum.  Shuttle leaving Cancun airport around 2:30 pm.  If that time does not work, I can recommend other transportation options, such as the ADO bus's or private shuttles.  We will have another private shuttle leaving the Airbnb Sunday morning to the Cancun Airport at 10 or11 am. One of the reasons we chose this location is because of the many direct flights from the USA to Cancun.

TULUM JUST OPENED AN AIRPORT, THOUGH THE DESTINATIONS ARE LIMITED.

WHERE WILL WE BE STAYING?

Our accommodations will be in a beautiful airbnb in Tulum.  It is considered a luxury accommodation.  It has enough beds for everyone, private bedrooms for those who prefer, and access to beautiful nature and beaches all around.  It has room to find quiet space to reflect or places to congregate as a group if you are wanting to be more social.  We will have good food and drinks to keep you hydrated.  The house also includes a pool and rental bikes (which is really the only way to get around Tulum).

A LITTLE ABOUT ME.

I have been a psychotherapist for 17 years.  I have had a private practice since 2014 and been exclusively teletherapy since 2018 while traveling the world.  When the pandemic began I made Mexico my permanent home.  I am licensed in 4 states.  I am certified as a trauma therapist.

Three years ago I decided to expand my mind and personally experience alternative forms of medicine.  I tried hypnosis, past life regression, meditations, reiki, acupuncture and psychedelics.  I felt truly changed when I tried psilocybin and became committed to learning about plant medicine.  Since then I have taken numerous courses learning about psychedelics, preparation, integration, dosing and the way that they interact with our brains.

If you are still wondering who is this person?? Read this.  It is my letter to my future clients.  I think it will give you a good idea of who I am as a therapist.
